**Cancellation Policy: The OG Beauty Corporation is committed to providing all of our guests with exceptional service. When a guest cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another guest from being seen. Please call us at 616-551-2800 by 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call us by Saturday. If prior notification is not given, the guest will be asked to leave a credit card on file for further late appointment notices, and will be charged up to 100% of the total scheduled services. Since our services are pre-pay, the remainder of appointment fees minus late cancellation charges will remain on the guests account as a credit.**
